I’ve also helped people train towards some amazing personal goals like the 3 peaks challenge, climbing Kilimanjaro as well as army/police fitness tests. Each goal coming with a different training plan, working closely with clients to get the best results possible.

My passion has always been fitness, and now is my chance to help others develop the same passion, to ensure that a visit to the gym is physically and mentally beneficial to you.

I come from a financial background, 24 years to be exact, and one day I realised I wanted to follow my dream of working in the fitness industry, and since then I’ve never looked back.

If I can make a change after so many years, then what’s stopping you from doing the same! If you want something in life, go out and get it, make it happen!

The gym to some is a scary place, the first steps are sometimes the hardest, but at VIPHQ believe me when I say we’re one big family, a home away from home.

I’m here to listen, advise, and guide you on your journey, with a smile on your face all the way. I will push you to your limits and beyond, and all I ask for in return is for you to give me 100% each time, and I promise you that you’ll achieve all your goals.

Tailored around you and your abilities each session is another step towards your goal.

Joint

Need that support when training from a friend/partner? Then joint sessions are made for you. A session tailored for each of the individuals goals with the benefit of training with someone. Whether you have completely different goals or you’re both aiming for the same target, joint sessions allow you the feeling of a 1-2-1 but with the added support of a friend/partner.

Joint Personal Training – £50

Small Group

These sessions are brilliant for those wishing to train with their friends and achieve as a group. Great for wedding parties all aiming for the same event or if you just want to get fit with a group of friends and all just want to progress together. Each session will help you individually but also collectively as the session is designed to keep that group feel but deliver that personal touch in your own training.
