If your new to exercise & slightly worried about starting I want to help you or if your a fitness fanatic & need to mix things up I cant wait to take you out of your comfort zone! I specialise in body sculpting, transformations & HIIT related training!

Gailsy has been with VIP HQ since the very start in 2017, helping out with admin and being the face of VIP working behind the counter on a daily basis.
It didn’t take Gailsy too long to realise she has what it takes to become a personal trainer, passing out and taking to it like a duck to water.
Coming with 25 years of experience working at St. Francis Hospice, Gailsy has a wealth of experience and knowledge when it comes to illnesses and training whilst ill or injured.
You will always get a warm welcome from Gailsy as she loves to talk to people and help you out in any way she can, whether it’s help within the gym or if you just wanted a chat.
Her sessions are always fun and different, varying her training up depending on client’s goals and targets. Gailsy also runs small group sessions, which she got amazing results from last time out so make sure you jump on her next small group.
If she isn’t training someone then you’ll probably find Gailsy behind the front desk greeting members and clients on entry to the gym. If she isn’t there either then she’s at her home from home St. Francis Hospice where she volunteers on a regular basis.

Need that support when training from a friend/partner? Then joint sessions are made for you. A session tailored for each of the individuals goals with the benefit of training with someone. Whether you have completely different goals or you’re both aiming for the same target, joint sessions allow you the feeling of a 1-2-1 but with the added support of a friend/partner.

Trio
These sessions are brilliant for those wishing to train with their friends and achieve as a group. Great for wedding parties all aiming for the same event or if you just want to get fit with a group of friends and all just want to progress together. Each session will help you individually but also collectively as the session is designed to keep that group feel but deliver that personal touch in your own training.
